Carnival Parade 25th only, departs 12:30 from Grand Avenue to Steyne Gardens & Beach House Grounds
Cosplay Carnival @ Beach House Grounds, 50 cosplayers on Sunday, 120 cosplayers and movie cars in the parade on the 25th. cosplay groups, props, stalls, face painting, children’s costume competition.
